Minimum rental age is 21, maximum is 79. There is no young driver fee.

Cross-Border Travel: Cross-border travel between Armenia and Georgia is available, but it comes with an additional cost of 90 USD (35,000 AMD) per rental. Please note that starting from the 1st of October 2023, there have been changes in cross-border regulations between Armenia and Georgia. New Cross-Border Regulations: To comply with the new regulations, renters are required to disclose their intent to travel across the border at least 48-72 hours before the rental. This disclosure should include the renter's driving license and passport information. The Rental Agency needs this information to issue a notarial authorization. Please send the following details to our branch inbox (Operations@ehiglobal.am) and wait for a response to confirm your cross border validation has been completed. It is important to mention that if the renter fails to disclose their intention to travel cross-border without proper authorization, they will not be allowed to enter Georgian territory. Authorization and Insurance in Georgia: The Rental Agency will provide the necessary authorization along with insurance coverage while in the territory of Georgia. However, it's important to be aware that there is a compulsory third-party insurance requirement imposed by the Georgian authorities. This insurance can be obtained at the Georgian border and typically costs around 10 USD (4,000 AMD) for a period of 10-15 days. Penalty for Failing to Obtain Georgian Insurance: If the renter fails to obtain the mandatory Georgian insurance, a penalty of 125 USD (50,000 AMD) will be applied. Please note that all fees quoted include VAT.

Delivery and Collection is available with an extra charge. Any delivery within Yerevan has a fixed amount of 4200.00 AMD (10.00 USD). For deliveries and collections outside of the city limits but within 300 km a fee of 250.00 AMD (0.50 USD) per km is applied. Deliveries and collections further than 300 km will incur an extra 24000.00 AMD (50.00 USD) fee plus the additional km rate. These rates are exclusive of VAT. To arrange delivery and collection service customers are encouraged to contact the branch or forward a request via email.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. The one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route, and car category.

Refueling: All vehicles are delivered with full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. If a vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel the renter will be required to pay the difference at a rate of 1.50 USD per litre inclusive of VAT.

Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of points is not available at this location. Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of free days is not available at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits at National and Enterprise brand locations. A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.

Standard insurance includes Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, Third Party Liability and Personal Accident Insurance with deductible amount. The excess is 200.000 AMD (440 USD) for all vehicles. For SUVs and Passenger Vans the excess is 250.000 AMD (550 USD).

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ARCA credit cards, MIR are accepted as payment for rentals and upon reservation. Cash payments may be accepted if a supporting credit card is provided. Customers should present valid credit card in his or her own name for security deposit authorization purposes. The deposit amount will cover the amount of Collision Damage Waiver cover and the cost of a full tank of fuel. The deposit is 200.000 AMD (440 USD) for all vehicles. For Premium and Luxury SUVs and Passenger Vans the deposit is 250.000 (550 USD). The purchase of Partial Collision Damage Waiver and Super Collision Damage Waiver or Full Insurance reduces the deposit to 100.000 AMD (220 USD). For Premium and Luxury SUVs and Passenger Vans the deposit will be reduced to 125.000 AMD (275 USD). The deposit is blocked during the rental period and unblocked within 21 working days after the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition at the time of rental pickup with no damage, full tank of fuel and no traffic fines or penalties.

Standard roadside assistance is included in the rates. If customers have a breakdown or accident they will receive roadside assistance from our technical department. The 24/7 contact numbers are: 0037499376060 and 0037443376060. Other roadside services like flat tire, jump start, fuel delivery, loss of keys or lock services are available upon request with an extra charge according to the agency price list. Roadside assistance is also available 24/7 in and outside of Armenia. Should customers face problems within the territory of Armenia a 250.00 AMD (0.50 USD) fee per km applies depending on the distance between Yerevan and the location of the rental vehicle requiring roadside assistance. The same rule and fee applies for roadside assistance in the territory of Georgia with the per km fee based on the distance between our Tbilisi office and rental vehicle location.

At the time of rental pickup renter must be in a possession of a valid driving license for over 1 year, passport and credit card as well as comply with the terms and conditions. International driving license is required for US citizens as well as some other countries where local driving licenses are not in Latin letters.

Super Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (SCDWTP) is an optional coverage which reduces the excess of Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection in the event of damage and or theft to the rental vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and applicable laws. It reduces the excess for damage or theft to 100.000 AMD (220 USD) for all vehicles. For Premium and Luxury SUVs and Passenger Vans the excess will be reduced to 125.000 AMD (275 USD).

Super Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Waiver and Tires and Windshield Protection (SCDWTWP) is an optional coverage which reduces the excess of CDW, TP and TWP to zero in case of damage to the rental vehicle and theft. This product also covers damage to the tires or windshield of the vehicle.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Office is located in the arrival hall at Zvartnots International Airport left to the exit. It operates 24/7.

Tires and Windshield Protection (TWP) is an optional coverage which reduces the renter’s financial responsibility to zero in cases of damages to tires or windshield of the rented vehicle in accordance to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws.
