Customer will need to arrange after hours reservation directly with the location. An After-Hours Fee (AFH) of EUR 60.00 applies.

The minimum age for car groups Mini, Economy, Compact and Intermediate is 21 years of age . Car groups Standard or higher are only available for renters aged 25 years old and above. On Completion of the reservation, it is recommended to carefully check the local terms and conditions. A Young Driver Surcharge (YRT) of EUR 9.00 per day (maximum EUR 90.00 per rental) for all drivers aged 21-24 applies. There is no maximum age fee or rule. All fees quoted include VAT and local surcharges.

At the time of the rental, the renter must indicate whether the rental car will be driven from the rental country. Cross-border journeys for the following countries are permitted: Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, Czech Republic, Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Poland. Entry and / or transit by rental car is not permitted for the following countries: Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Russian Federation, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Turkey, and Albania. If the renter travels abroad without informing the company accordingly or enters and / or travels through countries that are not permitted, the renter is fully responsible for financial obligations in the event of accident, damage, theft, traffic offenses, fines, return costs, other fees, etc. For airport locations, a Cross Border Fee of EUR 24,57 per day (maximum EUR 49,14 per rental) applies to all permitted countries. All fees shown include VAT and airport surcharge. If the total rental charges exceed EUR 150,00, the statutory contract tax of 1% of the total rental charges is due. For city locations, a Cross Border Fee of EUR 21,00 per day (maximum EUR 42,00 per rental) applies to all permitted countries. All fees shown include VAT. If the total rental charges exceed EUR 150,00, the statutory contract tax of 1% of the total rental charges is due.

Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (CDW) reduces the liability you are responsible for in the event of damage to and or theft of the vehicle under the condition that the damage is not due to infringement of the Road Circulation Code. CDW is optional, and if not included in the Rental Agreement Summary, it is available for purchase at the counter. Without CDW, the Renter is responsible for the total cost of the damage to the rented vehicle or the value of the vehicle in case of loss or theft. CDW is not insurance. In the event of an accident, any damage, or theft, the driver MUST obtain the relevant police report. If no police report is provided, the driver will be liable for the total cost of the damage up to / and, including the total cost of the vehicle. In case of car damage or car theft, an administration fee of EUR 30,00 (D.A.F.) will be charged to the driver on top of the damage charge. This charge applies irrelevantly to the party at fault. The deductible amounts are as follows: Mini, Economy: 960 EUR Compact, Intermediate: 1200 EUR Standard, Full-Size: 1500 EUR EUR Premium, VAN: 2000 EUR If liability for the accident lies with a third party and the renter provides a police report and a signed accident report during or at the end of the rental at the branch, the third party's insurance company pays full reimbursement to the owner. The owner will reimburse any damage charges paid by the Renter except the Accident administration fees. The renter agrees to cooperate and assist the Owner and the Owner's insurers with any inquests concerning any recourse against a third party.

The vehicle is prohibited to be used, for infringement of provisions of the Austrian Road Circulation Code, for purposes opposite to the Austrian laws. CDW does not cover the interior of the vehicle, tires, lost keys, key fobs, transponders, damage caused using the wrong fuel, act of God, negligence, any damage or loss caused by the failure to take all reasonable measures to safeguard the vehicle or the keys, or any other device that unlocks the vehicle and/or enable the vehicle to be started, and roof or undercarriage damage to the vehicle. CDW will be voided if damage is caused by: unauthorized driver, anyone using a vehicle without the correct license or anyone under the minimum age to rent from our company, use of the vehicle for hire or reward, use of the vehicle for any illegal purpose or deliberately causing injury, loss or damage to property or person, use of the vehicle for racing, testing or teaching someone to drive, use of vehicle whilst under the influence of drinks or drugs, overloading the vehicle with passengers, overloading the vehicle above the maximum legal weight, using the vehicle outside the Austrian territory without our written permission, towing, using the vehicle off-road, transporting fish, meat, fruit, vegetables, live or dead animals, any kind of packaged liquid or dangerous or noxious substances, using the vehicle in a reckless manner, using the vehicle on an aerodrome, airfield, airport or military installation, failing to report an accident to us during / or at the return of the car using the Accident and Police Report, or failing to lock the vehicle.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of petrol and must be returned in the same condition. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, refueling charge will be pump price plus 15 EUR plus VAT and Airport surcharge ( where applicable ) will apply.

Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals and redeem points at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked online by the customer, in advance of their scheduled pick up date. Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked in advance of their scheduled pick up date (either online or by phone). Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits on National and Enterprise brand rentals, but can only redeem at National brand locations. A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached in order to earn credit/points.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) covers the driver of the vehicle for up to €20.000,00 in case of death due to an accident and €50.000,00 in case of disability while driving the rented car.

All major debit and credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), traveler checks, prepaid cards, cash and retail store cards are not accepted as methods of payment. Debit cards can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the rental. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 450 EUR for the categories MINI, ECONOMY, COMPACT, INTERMEDIATE, FULL SIZE, STANDARD and 1000 EUR for the categories PREMIUM, FULL SIZE VAN.

Basic roadside assistance covers only vehicle technical malfunction, not due to driver negligence of willful misconduct. Roadside Assistance (RAP) allows the customer to waive financial responsibility for chargeable roadside incidents such as flat battery, tire puncture, lockouts, vehicle technical failure, towing and a replacement car. Roadside Assistance (RAP) is available at a cost of EUR 15.00 per day (maximum EUR 150.00 per rental). In cases of loss/damage of vehicle keys and/or license plate number, a minimum replacement fee of EUR 180.00 plus a handling fee of EUR 30.00 will apply. All fees include VAT and local surcharges.

All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. Electronic or digital driving licenses are not accepted. All drivers must have held their license for at least 12 months. In addition, all foreign renters must present a valid photo ID such as a passport or government-issued photo ID. A valid debit or credit card in the renter’s name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present and International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters may refer to the websites of the Austrian Government or OEAMTC for further information. Driving Licenses from the following countries are not recognized in Austria, and holders of such licenses are not permitted to drive in Austria. The list is subject to change in accordance with rules and regulations set out by the Austrian Government: Afghanistan, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Equatorial Guinea, Belize, Bermuda, Bhutan, Bolivia, Burundi, Cayman Islands, China (incl. Taiwan), Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Dominica, Djibouti, Eritrea, Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), French Guyana, French Polynesia, Gabon, Gambia, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Yemen, Virgin Islands(American and British), Cameroon, Kiribati, Colombia, Comoros, Libya, Marshall Islands, Martinique, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mayotte, Micronesia, Montserrat, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Caribbean Netherlands, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Panama, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Solomon Islands, Zambia, Samoa (American), Samoa (West), Sao Tome and Principe, Somalia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Grenadine, Sudan, South Sudan, Suriname, Tanzania, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Tonga, Chad, Tuvalu, Vanuatu. Licences from these countries cannot be used for driving within Austria.

We have two rental counters at this location. One counter is located in the parking garage at the Graz Airport Area whilst the other is located in the arrival hall of the terminal building.

Third Party Liability coverage which is provided as part of the rental rate covers the renter up to a maximum of EUR 10,000,000.00 for third party bodily injury, death and EUR 10,000,000.00 for third party property damage.

Tires and Windshield protection is an optional coverage that reduces the renters’ financial responsibility in the event of damage to the tires and/or windshield and the undercarriage of the vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. It is available for an additional fee and reduces the excess for damage to the undercarriage, the tires, or the windshield of the vehicle to ZERO amount. If not included in your reservation, the CDW is required so you to be able to purchase the Tire and Windshield protection. The Accident report should always be supplemented so that the insurance covers will be in effect. In case of car damage or car theft, an administration fee (D.A.F.) will be charged to the driver. This charge applies irrelevantly to the party at fault.

Please note: For non-European Union (EU) or non-European driving licenses, or those with non-Latin characters, an International Driving Permit is required and must be presented along with the driving license issued in the home/residence country when picking up the rental vehicle. A valid credit or debit card issued by Amex, Visa or MasterCard is required at the time of pick-up for a security deposit plus any rental charges.
