Additional Driver
The price per additional driver is 15.00 EUR per day, with a 10 day maximum at 150.00 EUR.
After Hours Service
Please park the vehicle in one of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car parking spaces. Lock the vehicle and leave the keys in the drop-box located at our parking office door.
Age Requirements
All drivers must be at least 25 years of age to rent a vehicle. Renters aged 21 to 24 may rent cars and SUVs of the categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, as well as small Passenger Vans and Compact and Intermediate Cargo Vans. A daily surcharge of 23.00 EUR applies to renters between 21 and 24 years of age.
Cross Border Policy
Vehicles can be driven in Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar (not in other countries) with the payment of a Cross-Border Fee. The Cross-Border Fee costs 55.50 EUR (VAT included) and must be bought at the counter. In all cases, customers must inform staff at the counter of their intention to leave Spain with the vehicle and request authorisation from Enterprise to do so.
Damage Waiver
Damage Waiver reduces your liability if the vehicle is damaged or stolen and may be included in your rate. If it is not included then it is available to purchase, but you may wish to check if your personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value and any towing, storage or impound fees. If you decline the Damage Waiver, then you must pay these charges and seek compensation from your carrier. Damage Waiver is not insurance. The following excesses apply for each incident of damage; 1400.00 EUR for Mini, Economy, Compact, Compact Hybrid and Intermediate Cars. 1700.00 EUR for Standard cars, Standard people carriers, Compact Elite, Intermediate, Standard SUV and Hybrid, Compact and Intermediate Convertibles. 2000.00 EUR for Premium cars, Premium people carriers, Full size and Premium 4x4. 2500.00 EUR for Luxury cars and 4x4. Cargo Vans the following excesses apply; 1250.00 EUR for small, medium and standard vans. For full size vans it is 1500.00 EUR and 1700.00 EUR for large vans. Purchasing Damage Waiver on its own will only reduce your liability, if you need to reduce your excess to zero, you must also purchase Excess Protection.
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
Damage Waiver does not cover: tires, lost keys, key fobs, transponders, damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel, any damage or loss caused by the failure to take all reasonable measures to safeguard the vehicle or the keys or any other device which unlock the vehicle and/or enable the vehicle to be started, and roof or undercarriage damage to the Vehicle
Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: unauthorised driver, anyone using a vehicle without the correct license or anyone under the age of 21, use of the vehicle for hire or reward, use of the vehicle for any illegal purpose or deliberately causing injury, loss or damage to property or person, use of the vehicle for racing, pacemaking, testing or teaching someone to drive, use of vehicle whilst under the influence of drinks or drugs, overloading the vehicle with passengers, overloading the vehicle above the maximum legal weight, using the vehicle outside of mainland Spain without our written permission, towing, using the vehicle off road, transporting fish, meat, fruit, vegetables, live or dead animals, any kind of packaged liquid or dangerous or noxious substances, using the vehicle in a reckless manner, using the vehicle on an aerodrome, airfield, airport or military installation, failing to report an accident to us within seven calendar days and using the European Accident Report, or failing to lock the vehicle.
Debit Card Policy
All major debit cards issued by either Visa or Mastercard are accepted. The car categories Fullsize, Premium, Luxury and Large Passenger Vans must be paid via credit card.

One Way Drop Policy
All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.
Exclusive Policy
Total charges include road fund license and VAT. Damage waiver is not included and must be taken unless an alternative coverage can be verified at time of rental. Additional surcharges may apply. Additional protection products may be purchased.
Excess Protection
Excess Protection is an optional product available only if Damage Waiver is included in your rate that reduces any applicable Damage Waiver excess (see Damage Waiver terms). Excess Protection reduces your excess on all vehicles to zero. Excess Protection is not insurance and before purchasing you may wish to check if your personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value and any towing, storage or impound fees. If you decline Excess Protection then you are required to pay any applicable Damage Waiver excess and seek compensation from your carrier.

Refueling Service
If the renter does not choose to purchase an optional fuel product at the start of the rental period and does not return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental period (as indicated on the Rental Agreement) the renter will be required to pay a refueling service fee calculated as the difference between the fuel level recorded on the Rental Agreement and that recorded upon the return of the vehicle multiplied by the fuel price displayed at the branch, plus a refueling charge of 21.00 EUR. Unused or excess fuel will not be refunded.
Where the vehicle is an electric vehicle and is returned with less charge than was provided at the start of the Rental Period (such level as indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary), a re-charging fee calculated as the kWhs needed to charge the vehicle to make up the difference between the charge level recorded on the Rental Agreement Summary and that recorded upon the return of the Vehicle multiplied by the kWh price displayed on the Rental Agreement Summary plus, an additional charge as indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary. No unused or excess charge will be refunded.
Personal Accident/Effect Coverage Exclusion/Voids
PAI/PEC is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions and exceptions of the PAI/PEC policy. You may request a copy of the policy from the rental branch where you enter into the rental agreement.
Forms of Payment
All major debit and credit cards (issued by either Visa, Mastercard or American Express) are accepted. All cards must be physically presented. Checks, prepaid cards, Diners Club and Discover Card are not accepted. All cards presented must be in the renters name. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental.
For cars and SUVs of categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, and Compact, Intermediate and Standard Cargo Vans, a deposit of 200 EUR is required.
All other Cargo Vans the deposit is 400 EUR.
For Full Size cars and SUVs and Large Passenger vans the deposit is 400 EUR and must be paid via credit card. For Compact Elite, Premium, Luxury and Convertible vehicles the deposit is 500 EUR and must be paid via credit card.
Cash payments may be allowed but the deposit must be paid via debit or credit card and the deposit will be a minimum of 500 EUR. Please contact the local branch for details.
Roadside Protection
Enterprise offers Roadside Assistance Protection. Roadside Assistance Protection allows Enterprise customers to waive all financial responsibility for the following - tyre (excluding the rim) replacement costs, except when part of a larger repair, replacement keys costs and all recovery and call charges imposed by our chosen roadside assistance providers as a result of a fault caused by renter error. Roadside Assistance Protection does not exempt you from these charges if there is any breach of our rental agreement. Roadside Assistance Protection is an optional product; before purchasing you may wish to check if your personal coverage is adequate. If you decline RAP then you will be required to pay any applicable charges and see compensation from your carrier. RAP is not insurance.

LTNT - Deposit Policy
For the categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, a deposit of 200 EUR is required. For small cargo vans a deposit of 200€ is required, for medium and large cargo vans a deposit of 400€, debit card is accepted in these cases.
For Full size, Premium, Luxury vehicles, Compact Elite and Large Passenger Vans the deposit is 400 EUR and must be paid via credit card.
When renting a Premium or Luxury Car, Compact elite, Convertible or SUV of these categories , two bank cards are required as additional security of which one has to be a valid credit card.
Cash payments may be allowed just for Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard and cargo vans with form of cash payments and two proofs of address but the deposit must be paid via debit or credit card . Please contact the local branch for details. (Not available for Madrid and Barcelona Airport) All cards must be in the renter's name and be physically presented at vehicle pick-up as contactless is not supported.

LOB Deposit Policy
You may need a valid credit or debit card in your name when you start your rental. If a credit or debit card is required to proceed with check-in, please enter it now. If it is optional, you can choose to add your credit or debit card now or provide it in person when you start your rental. Payment will not be processed until you arrive to pick up your rental. The amount taken will be dependent on factors including but not limited to estimated amounts owed under the Rental Contract, the purchase of optional protection products, size of vehicle or fuel purchase or other separately negotiated terms with a third party to pay for all or part of the rental bill. You will remain responsible for all charges not paid by a third party, such as vehicle upgrades, optional products or extra rental days beyond those specified by the third party. If you have any questions, please contact the rental location ahead of your arrival.
Renter Requirements
All drivers must present a fully valid and unexpired driving license (digital driving licenses are only accepted if the issuing country is Spain and the rental branch is within the country of Spain). If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
All renters must provide a valid identity card or passport. All drivers must have held their full license for a minimum of 1 year. When renting an Elite, Premium, or Luxury Car or Convertible or SUV, renters must have additional verified contact information such as employment details, telephone numbers, and proof of Spanish residency. When renting these vehicles from an airport location travel documents such as boarding passes, hotel and apartments vouchers, etc. must be provided as well. Local customers whose documents are issued in different countries must provide additional proof of address (i.e. phone bill, gas or electricity bill) which must be less than 90 days old. If visiting Spain, renters must provide proof of accommodation, local and home country contact information such as employment details, and return travel. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organization.
Arrival Directions
We look forward to serving your rental needs at Palma De Mallorca Airport. Our Rental Branch is off-site and we provide you with a courtesy shuttle bus located at the Transport Meeting Point parking lot.
On arrival, turn left in the arrivals hall and follow the sign Transport Meeting Point, exit the terminal through door #6.
You will walk through the palm tree corridor that will take you to the entrance of the airport parking building, located opposite to the terminal.
You will then cross two zebra cross walks.
As soon as you enter the building, continue to follow the sign Transport Meeting Point, exit through the red door located to the right of the sign, there you will find the shuttle parking lot.
Our shuttle bus, with the Alamo/Enterprise/National logo will take you to our Rental Branch.
Third Party Liability
Third party liability insurance is mandatory and covers the driver and the owner for third party claims against him/her for damage caused by the hire vehicle. Third party insurance is included in the rate. Cover is limited to 135 million euros.
Important Branch Information
Speed through the Airport and visit our offsite location. After you make a reservation, you will be provided with shuttle information on how to access our new and improved hire location just outside Palma de Mallorca Airport.
