Additional Driver
Additional drivers are available for NOK 50.00 including tax per day. Unauthorized drivers are fully responsible for all damages to the Enterprise vehicles and damages caused by Enterprise vehicles. The person on the reservation is considered as the main driver, he or she should be present at time of pickup and responsible of any rental and rental related charges.
After Hours Service
After-Hours Pick-up
Once in arrivals hall, follow the signs to Car Rental in P-zone P10 level U2. Our key box is located to the left, outside of the Car Rental Centre in the corridor.
Please follow the instructions emailed prior to arrival or stated on the key box to get your key.
WiFi/data is needed to access the rental key provided during After Hours reservation. If you cannot access WIFI/data, have any issues, or need assistance, please contact 24-hour helpline who will help you.
When you have collected your key, proceed by walking down the corridor towards the parking garage next to the rental counters, third sliding door on your right. Your vehicle is parked in area D1, and stall number will be marked on your key.
Your vehicle has been checked for damages and if any, they are marked on your rental agreement, received on email after signing the agreement. Please take time to walk-around your vehicle before leaving the parking garage, if you notice a new damage take a picture/video with time/date and contact our branch as soon as possible during working hours to inform us of the new damage.
When exiting the parking garage, you will be driving through our 360 scanners, an automatic damage identification, which will mark all damages to the vehicle.
To exit the parking area, follow the signs for ‘Exit’.
After-Hours Return
Follow the signs to ‘Rental Car’ parking house, P10. When entering the parking garage, you will once again drive through the 360 scanners. Continue by following the signs for Alamo/Enterprise/National to floor U1. Park your vehicle in area 1D in an available stall marked for Alamo/Enterprise/National.
To drop of your key, please follow the signs to ‘Terminal’ into the corridor and drop your key in the Alamo/Enterprise/National drop box.
The final invoice will be sent to your email within 2 working hours.
Important information: To provide convenience to travelers we provide 24/7 returns. Please note, outside business hours, depositing the keys in the drop box does not constitute the end of the rental. You remain liable for any damages until an Alamo/National/Enterprise employee takes possession of the vehicle and keys when the rental branch opens the following working day.

Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 28. There is no maximum rental age. Renters between the age of 19 and 24 may rent all categories except Premium and Luxury vehicles, but may rent Premium Vans and Buses. A young driver fee of 100.00 NOK per day applies to all renters between the age of 19 and 24. Young drivers must have held their driving license for a minimum of 1 year. Renters between the age of 25 and 27 may rent all categories except Luxury. No additional fee apply to these young drivers.
Cross Border Policy
Vehicles can be driven into all countries except Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia and Slovenia. Ferry crossings with the vehicle are permitted. A cross-border fee of 250 NOK per day applies for the duration of the rental up to a maximum charge of 10 days (2,500 NOK). In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization. Unauthorized cross-border travel will result in a breach of contract and incur a penalty charge of 10.000 NOK.

One Way Drop Policy
All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.
Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver And Theft Protection does not cover: rims, wheel covers, windshield, tires, interior damage, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage from riots or civil unrest, damage from dangerous substances, damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel or any failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and-or enables the vehicle to be started.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: failure to secure the vehicle keys, failure to lock the vehicle, unauthorized repairs on the vehicle, use by an unauthorized driver, use by an unlicensed driver, use for hire and reward, use of vehicle for any illegal purpose or deliberately causing injury or damage to property, racing, pacemaking, teaching someone to drive, use whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of the vehicle outside of the country without our permission, overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, towing, use off road, transporting dangerous or noxious substances, willful or wanton negligence.
Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection
Collision Damage Waiver And Theft Protection (CDWTP) is an optional coverage that reduces the renter's liability in case of damage to the body work, theft or attempted theft of the vehicle. If CDW is not included in the reservation, the renter has liability up to the full market value of the vehicle. If CDWTP is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase.
If included in the reservation or purchased, the excess amount is 15,000 NOK for all car classes except premium, luxury and passenger van categories where the deductible is 20,000 NOK. Excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged/stolen.
Before purchasing CDW it is advised to determine, if personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDW is not insurance.
Refueling Service
Fuel service option (FSO) is offered at time of check out and price is depending on the vehicles tank size.

Personal Accident Insurance
The Personal Accident Insurance covers the driver and passengers and provides compensation for disability, medical expenses or death in the event of a traffic accident.

Forms of Payment
All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), traveler checks, prepaid cards, cash, debit cards and retail store cards are not accepted as methods of payment. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 10,000 NOK for all categories except luxury vehicles. For luxury vehicles two credit cards are required in the renter’s name and a total deposit of 20,000 NOK will be taken (10,000 NOK deposit + cost of the rental and any additional charges on one card and 10,000 NOK deposit on the second card).
Renter Requirements
At the time of pickup customer must present a national driver's license valid in the country of pickup. All EU national driving licenses are valid in Norway. The driving license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 12 months before the date of the commencement of the rental. Pre-EU licenses should be in Latin alphabet with international remark “Permis De Conduire”.
For all non-European union renters an international driving permit (IDP) is required. IDP must be accompanied with the national driving license. IDP is not required if customer holds driver’s license of Australia, Canada, Iceland, Norway, New Zealand, Switzerland Or United States. Special requirements apply for driving licenses of the People's Republic Of China And Vietnam. Please turn to your embassies for further information.
Passport information: renters from countries with Schengen agreement (including Iceland, Norway And Switzerland) will need to present a valid national identity card or passport at the rental counter as proof of identity.
All other renters will need to present a valid international passport in roman alphabet at the rental counter as proof of identity. The above conditions is also applicable for all additional drivers, if any.
Arrival Directions
After arrival, follow the signs towards Car Rental. Once you enter the Car Rental offices you will see Enterprise/ Alamo/ National at the very end.
Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability insurance is mandatory by law and included with all rental rates. There is no limit to the amount of Liability insurance coverage per accident for personal injury or death. Liability insurance covers per accident for property damage up to 10,000,000.00 NOK. Third Party insurance cover amounts are adjusted each year from the 1st of January. The liability insurance does not cover injury to the driver of the rental vehicle but third parties, passengers, are covered. It also does not cover the renter’s property or cover damages to a connected vehicle on the rental like a caravan or trailer.

Pick-up outside normal opening hours is available for all vehicle groups. The location offers after hours pick up service through online reservation only and customers are required to provide a valid mobile number and email to provide further instructions. Zero Excess
Zero Excess (ZE) is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter. ZE is only available to purchase if Collison Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (CDWTP) is selected or included in the reservation. The purchase of ZE reduces the customer’s liability to 0 NOK in cases of damage to the bodywork, tires, rims or windshield, theft or attempted theft of the rental vehicle. ZE also includes roadside protection which allows the customer to waive financial responsibility for chargeable roadside incidents such as tyre punctures, lockouts and running out of fuel. You must adhere to all rental terms and conditions to receive the benefits of ZE.
Before purchasing ZE it is advised to determine, if a personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If ZE is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges up to the Damage Waiver excess amount and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. ZE is not insurance.
