Additional Driver
A daily charge of 7.00 EUR up to a maximum 105.00 EUR per rental for each additional authorized driver. Additional driver requests should be made at the start of rental. Full rental conditions apply to all additional drivers. All insurances are valid for the additional driver or at the time of driving by the additional driver if included on the rental agreement. All fees quoted include VAT.
After Hours Service
After hours drop is only allowed at locations that are open 24hrs. The rental location must be informed of the return time at the beginning of the rental. If this results in a one way rental an additional fee may apply.
Age Requirements
The Mini, Economy, Economy Elite and Intermediate group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for 1 year. The Minivan, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, Intermediate SUV, and Standard SUV group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 25 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for 2 years. The Premium, Luxury, and Full-size group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 27 years old and have a driver's license for 3 years. There is no young drivers fee for any car groups.
Cross Border Policy
CROSS BORDER POLICY. CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE DRIVEN OUT OF TURKEY AT ANY TIME.
Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection – CDWTP: This is an optional coverage which reduces the customer's financial responsibility in case of damage to the hire vehicle or theft/fire, up to the excess amount. If Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (CDWTP) is not included in the reservation, the renter has full liability for the vehicle. CDWTP is also available for purchase.CDWTP does not provide coverage for damages to the underside of the vehicle, the vehicle interior and/or roof, headlights, glass and tires.A police or accident report must be provided in the event of an accident involving a 3rd party, or incidental damage or theft. Without a police or accident report, the renter is fully liable for damages and assumes full responsibility if the damage caused is due to infringement of the road circulation code.If not included in the reservation and before purchasing CDWTP, it is advisable to determine if the renter’s personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If ZE is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges up to the CDW excess amount and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDWTP is not insurance. Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (CDWTP) does not cover damage caused by use of the wrong fuel or any failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started. CDWTP will be voided if damage is caused by: failure to secure the vehicle keys and failure to lock the vehicle; unauthorised repairs on the vehicle; failure to stop using the vehicle once the renter becomes aware of a fault or malfunction of the vehicle (the renter must take into account any warning lights that may appear on the dashboard); use by an unauthorised driver; use by an unlicensed driver; use for hire and reward; use of the vehicle for any illegal purpose or to deliberately cause injury or damage to property; racing, pacemaking or teaching someone to drive; use while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; use of the vehicle outside of Turkey without our written permission; overloading the vehicle with more passengers than seatbelts; towing; use off-road; transporting dangerous or noxious substances; use of the vehicle in a reckless manner; or use of the vehicle on an aerodrome, airfield, airport or military installation.

One Way Drop Policy
All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.
Exclusive Policy

Excess Reduction
Excess Reduction (ER) is an optional protection product which reduces the applicable excess amount to zero (0) in the event of:- Damage to the bodywork or theft of the vehicle.If it is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase.ER does not provide coverage for damages to the underside of the vehicle, the vehicle interior and/or roof, headlights, glass and tires.ER is only available if a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in the rate or purchased.A police or accident report must be provided in the event of an accident involving a 3rd party, or incidental damage or theft. Refueling Service
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference in fuel plus an additional 20% service charge. VAT and local fees and surcharges will also apply to fuel charges.
Headlight Tyre Window Insurance
HTW Headlights Tyres Windshield Insurance is an optional insurance which covers all damages to headlights, tyres and windshields. HTW can be purchased at a daily premium of 4.00 - 10.00 EUR depending on car group.
Insurance Policy
SLP SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY PROTECTION THIRD PARTY LIABILITY MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTIES. DEATH OR INJURIES PER PERSON UP TO FIVE TRY 250.000 APPROX. 100,000 EUR PER PERSON, 1.250.000 TRY APPROX. 500.000 EUR PER ACCIDENT. VEHICLE DAMAGE 25.000 TRY APPROX. 10.000 EUR PER VEHICLE, 50.000 TRY APPROX. 20.000 EUR PER ACCIDENT. AS REQUIRED BY LAWS OF THE COUNTRY AND INCLUDED IN ALL RATES VAT IS INCLUDED IN ALL RATES.
Forms of Payment
All major debit and credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), traveler checks, prepaid cards, cash and retail store cards are not accepted as methods of payment. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 120 EUR for the categories Mini, Economy, Compact, 150 EUR for the categories Intermediate, 200 EUR for the categories Full size, Crossover, Standard, and 250 EUR for the categories Premium, Luxury, Special, Oversize. For Van a deposit of 200 EUR is required.
Renter Requirements
RENTER REQUIREMENTS. ALL DRIVERS AND ADDITIONAL DRIVERS MUST PRODUCE A VALID DRIVING LICENSE AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. IN ADDITION TO A VALID DRIVING LICENSE, ALL THE CLIENTS MUST PRESENT AN IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT. IF THE CUSTOMER IS FOREIGN HE OR SHE MUST PRESENT THE PAPER SEAL ON HIS OR HER PASSPORT AT THE RENTAL COUNTER.

Supplemental Liability Protection
Third party Liability: Liability protection covers third party liability for third parties to a maximum of TRY 25000. As required by the laws of the country it is included in all rates.
Supplemental Liability Protection Exclusions/Voids
Supplementary Liability Protection - Third Party Insurance will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic lawas, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.
Zero Excess
Zero Excess (ZE) is an optional protection product which reduces the applicable excess amount to zero (0) in the event of:- Damage to the Bodywork or Theft of the vehicle (except Roof).- Damage to Headlights, Glass and Tires.- Material Damage coverage up to 12,000 TL without the need for a police report.If ZE it is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase.ZE does not provide coverage for damages to the underside of the vehicle, the vehicle interior and/or roof.A police or accident report must be provided in the event of an accident involving a 3rd party or theft. Without a police and accident report, the renter is fully liable for damages and assumes full responsibility if the damage caused is due to infringement of the road circulation code.For incidental damage to the vehicle, the material damage coverage provides the renter with a repair coverage up to 12,000 TL for cases where damage is caused by the renter and where it is not possible to obtain an official police or accident report.Before purchasing ZE, it is advisable to determine if the renter’s personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If ZE is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges up to the CDW excess amount and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. ZE is not insurance.
